Supporting All Players

NUWS is committed to embracing diversity, equity, and inclusion, and is dedicated to providing all participants in this recreational league with a welcoming and safe environment in which we value and respect each other’s unique qualities and contributions.

We support our transgender players. We call on all players and managers to learn more about what is meant by inclusive behavior that welcomes all players to our league.  We have a zero tolerance policy for any hate speech, intentional misgendering (using the wrong pronouns repeatedly during a game), and all unsportsmanlike behavior towards our transgender players.  Learn more at our Transgender Players page.
