Thank you for being a NUWS team manager. This section of the website is designed to help you with your management questions and responsibilities.

Game Roster
You must bring two copies of the completed roster to each game. One is given to the referee and the other is given to the manager of the opposing team.

Injured Player Report
Fill out this form and mail it to NUWS any time a player is injured during a game.

Change of Manager Notification
You will need to notify NUWS of any change in the management of your team following registration.

No-Show Referee Report
If the referee for your game does not show up, please submit this report to NUWS.
