IMPORTANT -- OASA Player Card Renewal Notice

Dear OASA Players,

Due to unforeseen technical difficulties, we have recently had to begin a conversion process of our database. If you plan on renewing your player card in preparation for the new season, this year it is even more critical that you plan in advance.

We know many of you have experienced extended wait times during the busy season upon coming into our office to renew; and because of the aforementioned database situation, card processing is currently taking longer than usual.

We ask that you mail, email, or fax in your registration form as soon as possible. We attempt to turn cards over within 24 hours of receiving the renewal forms, however, if we are hit with a large number of cards to process close to the beginning of the season, we can not guarantee 24 hour turn around. Submitting your renewal form in advance will ensure you receive your card prior to the season start.

You can find the renewal form by selecting the link above or on our website:

Thank you in advance for your patience with our conversion process. We appreciate your continued participation in the Oregon Adult Soccer Association, and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Play well and have fun,
