How to Get an OASA Player Card

According to NUWS rules, each player must have a current valid player card issued by the Oregon Adult Soccer Association (OASA) in their possession at each game in which they participate. This card must be present at each game. Teams and players are subject to sanctions for not having the card present AND valid regardless of a referee’s permission or a player’s registration status.

A PLAYER MAY NOT PLAY WITHOUT A VALID PLAYER CARD PRESENT!

Players cards typically expire on the month of your birthday and are valid for one year.
